Black Country Beats #009: BCB’s Summer of Love
MOSTLY JAZZ UNOFFICIAL AFTERPARTY #2
It’s time to let the sunshine in…
Since the noise from the debut event last year (quite literally) almost brought the roof down, Black Country Beats have been carving out a sweet little spot in the West Midlands club scene. Their free parties really are some of the best nights in West Mids, including an upcoming support slot for Heist and Benny Colab’s acclaimed record label Co-Lab Recordings in the Rainbow Pub’s infamous cellar.
For their Unofficial Mostly Jazz Afterparty they’re winding back the clock to the halcyon days of summer, 1967 – the vibes were loving, the atmosphere was peaceful and the body hair was, frankly, insane. Come on down to Birmingham’s very own Greenwich Village and savour the free love in the form of some of the best dance music around. They’ll have you praising Aquarius ’til the early morning.
Selected talent inc. Goosensei and Natty D, Reedy, Stanlee and Carabo.
Free entry all night. Flower crowns encouraged.
