The Dark Horse is proud to have teamed up with the brilliant Brúm Mì to present a menu of classic Vietnamese cuisine with a street-food twist. Their signature dish is the bánh mì, a soft baguette stuffed with pâté, house pickles and your choice of savoury filling such as grilled chicken or tender beef. There’s also a whole heap of other choices such as loaded rice bowls, mouth-watering burgers and yummy fried chicken with vegan alternatives available as well. Fried cauliflower plus spicy vegan sauce? Perfection.
On Sundays, Brúm Mì are serving a bangin’ Sunday Roast Menu, complimented with a perfect offering of wines and craft beers from local breweries. Booking is advised! And on Wing Wednesdays you can expect 75p chicken wings with three unreal Brúm Mì flavours to pick from.
